Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout the lifecycle of their Account. This includes full legal name as it appears on the CNIC, date of birth, current residential address, and valid contact details. Players must notify winjj promptly of any changes to their registered information. winjj is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
As part of our licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering compliance framework, winjj requires all Players to complete a full KYC verification process. This involves submission of a valid, government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. winjj reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by winjj may be restricted from withdrawals or suspended entirely.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication details. winjj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid login credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and winjj accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winjj immediately via the live chat support channel. winjj will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your Account while the investigation is ongoing.
winjj reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected collusion or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification; or where continued operation of the Account may pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. Where an Account is closed for a Terms violation, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the winjj support team via live chat. Any verified balance remaining in a closed Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal procedures and any applicable KYC requirements. Accounts subject to open bonus terms may have associated bonus funds forfeited upon closure.
winjj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winjj does not accept payments in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process.

Important: winjj does not charge internal transaction fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which winjj accepts no responsibility.

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus funds issued by winjj are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. In such cases, winjj reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel all bonuses, and permanently close the Account.
winjj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and meet the qualifying criteria at the time of modification will retain any bonus already credited, subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, balance, or any other information on the Platform, winjj reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and return the stake to the Player. Winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest technical error are not valid and will not be paid out. winjj will make reasonable efforts to identify and notify affected Players promptly.
Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all game categories on the winjj Platform. Applicable limits are published in each game's information panel and within the winjj Sportsbook Rules. Where a calculated win exceeds the applicable maximum, only the maximum payout will be honoured and the excess will not be paid.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winjj Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, voiding of Wagers, and legal action where appropriate:
All content published on the winjj Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of winjj or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of winjj.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Platform beyond this licence is expressly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winjj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes; losses resulting from reliance on any information displayed on the Platform; losses resulting from service interruption or technical failure; or any other loss or damage of any nature.
winjj does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any periods of downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled. Where a game or sports market is voided due to a technical fault, winjj's liability is limited to returning the original stake amount to the Player's Account.
